Jose Gonzalez
Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Hi, I'm José Gonzalez, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the founder of Beyond Limits Counseling.
My therapeutic style blends warmth, insight, and a deeply relational approach grounded in trust. With extensive experience working with adolescents, families, and adults, I help clients navigate trauma, addiction, family reintegration, and life transitions using an integrative toolkit of EMDR, CBT, mindfulness, and more.

Clients often come to me hesitant or resistant to therapy. I gently and skillfully meet them where they are, building a space of mutual respect, acceptance, and possibility. I believe healing is cyclical, not linear, and my work centers on equipping people with sustainable tools for growth that align with their values.

Informed by my experience working in residential treatment centers and youth corrections, I understand how transformative it can be when people feel safe, seen, and cared for. My practice emphasizes the power of the therapeutic alliance to rewire harmful beliefs, process trauma, and foster resilience.

Originally from Cuba and now based in Alaska, I bring my lived experience, multicultural perspective, and deep compassion to every client relationship. When I’m not in session, I enjoy traveling with my son and exploring the outdoors.
I'm Patty Bullick, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over two decades of experience supporting adults through chronic stress, anxiety, depression, and PTSD. My approach is direct, compassionate, and rooted in collaboration, because I believe therapy works best when both of us are equally invested.

I blend goal-oriented strategies with mindfulness-based practices, drawing on my 25+ years of study. Influenced by Zen Buddhist teachings, I offer a well-rounded, research-backed path to healing that balances action with insight.

Whether you're navigating major life transitions or long-standing patterns of pain, I’ll help you build a personalized toolbox of skills you can use long after therapy ends. My clients describe me as honest, encouraging, and deeply committed to their growth.
Outside of work, I love reading and spending time with my family, including my two daughters and four grandchildren.

Leah Williamson
Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Hi, I’m Leah Williamson, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to helping clients feel heard, empowered, and equipped. With four years of experience across schools, county programs, and private practice, I support individuals navigating anxiety, anger, depression, and self-worth challenges.

My therapeutic approach is strengths-based and client-centered. I incorporate cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused strategies tailored to each client’s needs and pace. Drawing from both professional training and lived experience, I bring empathy, authenticity, and a nonjudgmental presence to the therapeutic relationship.

I believe that with the right support, anyone can build a life that feels meaningful and fulfilling. Outside of sessions, I enjoy spending time in nature, camping, exploring the mountains, and keeping an eye out for moose along the way.
I'm Autumn Collings, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist whose work is rooted in creativity, connection, and compassion. I draw from my background in coaching, family systems, and trauma-informed care to meet clients where they are, especially children, families, and couples navigating complex emotional terrain.

I’m trained in EMDR and the Gottman Method, and have deep expertise in play and sand tray therapy. I use these tools to help children express themselves nonverbally and safely. My sessions blend structure and flexibility, incorporating techniques from CBT, DBT, narrative therapy, and more.

Clients appreciate my hands-on, collaborative style, and my belief that past experiences shape us, but don’t have to define us. I’m passionate about helping people rewrite their stories and build lives aligned with their values and strengths.
